Space Dome
After a wonderfully exciting and busy first-half term at school, the reception children have settled into school life and are really finding their feet as young learners.
On Tuesday 27th November, the children entered school to find the Space Odyssey Space Dome in the school hall and an invitation to walk inside. This had been organised as part of their current Space topic and its aim was to enhance their learning by providing a memorable experience which brings learning to life. The children have spent time exploring all things space within the unit through a variety of play-based activities and experiences and together have created the most incredible space station role play area where they have been pretending to be astronauts!
